Daniel Ng is a Miami-based sommelier, hospitality professional, and wine writer. He has worked for some of New York City’s top wine programs including Cote, Corkbuzz, and o ya. He is currently the Beverage Manager at Cote Miami. When he is not selling or drinking wine, he is usually sipping tea and reading a good book Dan Ng is a writer and director, known for Ri yue shen tong (1971), Tie er hu (1968) and Er long zheng zhu (1974).
