Jerry Jaffe

Jerry Jaffe began working in real estate in 2001, following a successful career as a location scout and manager for film and TV companies. This work helped develop his eye for detail, space, and light. It also honed his skills as a researcher and fierce negotiator on behalf of his clients. Along with his passion for real estate, these attributes are a key to his ability to help buyers, sellers, and investors find what they're looking for in today's challenging real estate market. Getting the best price and terms with a minimum of time and stress is Jerry's unwavering commitment to his clients. Since coming to Los Angeles nearly 30 years ago, Jerry has been fascinated by the city's history, neighborhoods, and architecture. One of his passions is to help turn the city into a more pedestrian-friendly and "livable place" and he works with a community group that advocates for street improvements and other elements that further this goal. He also "gives back" to the community by spending free time as a elementary school tutor, as a mentor with Big Brothers of Greater Los Angeles, and as a buddy for Friends of the Elderly. In 2010, Jerry joined Teles Properties. Before coming to the firm, he was a top-producing agent for other brokerages in Los Angeles, and in 2008 was inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Northwestern University.
