Ping-Ou Wei was born on November 29, 1929 in Nanjing, China. He was an actor and assistant director, known for The Way of the Dragon (1972), Fist of Fury (1972) and Yi tan zhao yao jing (1977). He died on December 3, 1989 in Hong Kong.During his later years he was suffering from jaundice. Best known for playing the cunning interpreter in two Bruce Lee movies 'Fist of Fury' and 'Way of the Dragon'. Dubbed over his own voice in the movie "Way of The Dragon"
