Sam Groom was born on June 13, 1938 in Columbus, Ohio, USA as Samuel Joseph Groom. He is an actor, known for Otherworld (1985), Police Surgeon (1971) and One Life to Live (1968). He was previously married to Suzanne Rogers and Kathleen Marie Sullivan.Spouse Suzanne Rogers (9 February 1980 - 23 June 1982) (divorced) Kathleen Marie Sullivan (17 March 1962 - 1974) (divorced) (3 children)Has three children from his first marriage: Sam Jr. (1962), Patrick (1965), Christopher (1968). He also has a daughter, Karen, born in 1961. Teaches acting at HB Studios in New York. Starred in shows titled Otherworld (1985), Another World (1964) and Our Private World (1965). Also guest-starred in an episode of Salvage 1 (1979) (a show about traveling to another world, namely, the Moon), as well as an episode of Medical Story (1975) entitled "Us Against The World" and a TV movie titled The Space-Watch Murders (1975), which takes place on another world.
