Tracy Reed was born on September 21, 1941 in Barnet, Middlesex, England as Clare Tracy Compton Pelissier. She was an actress, known for Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964), A Shot in the Dark (1964) and Casino Royale (1967). She was married to Bill Simpson, Neil Hallett and Edward Fox. She died on May 2, 2012 in West Cork, Ireland.
